Manchester United player ratings: Four 4/10s and 3/10 star should be dropped after what he did vs Everton

Everton started as the better of the sides but hit self-destruct when midfielder Idrissa Gana Gueye was sent off for an altercation with his own teammate. United grew into the game after the dismissal but still found themselves behind at the break when Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall scored a stunner from the edge of the box.

Amorim made a half-time change as Mason Mount replaced Noussair Mazraoui and it certainly gave them a lift. Bryan Mbeumo forced a fine stop from Jordan Pickford, Mount sent a shot just wide of the post and Bruno Fernandes blazed over from close range as they looked for a way back into the match.

Zirkzee came the closest to a goal when his brilliant header was clawed out by an even better save as Everton held on to record a famous Old Trafford win. Here is how we rated the United players in the match as United lost at home for the first time this season.
