Chelsea have re-entered talks with the entourage of AC Milan goalkeeper Mike Maignan, according to reports.
The Blues were interested in signing the France No.1 last summer, but pulled out after deciding that the deal would prove too costly.
However, with Maignan now expected to leave the San Siro on a free transfer at the end of the season, Sky Sports Switzerland reporter Sacha Tavolieri claims that discussions about signing a pre-contract agreement are now being held.
Supporters on X are not as enthusiastic as they once were about the prospect of Maignan making the switch to Stamford Bridge:

It has been confirmed by reliable sources that Filip Jorgensen is pressing to leave the Blues in order to get more first-team football.
While they may not let the Denmark international go during the January transfer window, they may sanction his sale in the summer, with Maignan potentially being brought in to replace him.
