On Friday night, Giggs took part in a Q&A event at Hotel Football, discussing a range of topics from his career.
The 51-year-old revealed that William Prunier was the worst player he’d seen at United, as per the Daily Mail.
Prunier was shipped in and out of Old Trafford over a short period of time, playing just two games under Sir Alex Ferguson. He made his debut against Queens Park Rangers but never played for the club again after a disastrous second appearance, losing 4-1 to Tottenham Hotspur.
Since then, Prunier has been known as one of United’s worst-ever signings from the Ferguson era.

Ryan Giggs reflects on Sir Alex Ferguson and David Beckham boot incident
Giggs also reflected on the moment he watched Ferguson clash with David Beckham in the dressing room.
United lost 2-0 to Arsenal in the FA Cup fifth round back in 2003.
Ferguson laid into Beckham for not tracking his man at one point in the match, leaving Giggs surprised that he didn’t get a hammering from the boss.
Giggs told his audience: “David wasn’t bothered until he saw the blood.
“I got away with murder that day – I’d missed an open goal!”
