Sir Alex Ferguson’s Manchester United reign came to an end in 2013 and the legendary former Aberdeen manager bowed out of Old Trafford with his retirement.

The 83-year-old Scotsman led United to their last Premier League title in the 2012-13 campaign, adding to the 12 previous league trophies the club won under him.
Ferguson enjoyed incredible high points in his illustrious reign as United manager, including leading the Red Devils to their famed treble win in the 1998-99 season.
The legendary Scot was also blessed with a range of talented defenders he managed, including Rio Ferdinand, Nemanja Vidic, Jaap Stam and Denis Irwin.
