Benjamin Sesko sits on the grass.
Benjamin Sesko is closing in on a return to action for Man Utd.
Manchester United frontman has not suffered a setback in his ongoing recovery from a knee injury. The Slovenia international missed Monday night's 1-0 defeat against after sustaining the problem in the 2-2 draw at earlier this month.
Reports had claimed Sesko, 22, could be set for a lengthy spell on the side-lines after having a setback in his bid to return to full fitness. Ruben Amorim, meanwhile, said during his pre-Crystal Palace match press conference Sesko is going to take a "little bit more time" before making his return.
Now, according to The Manchester Evening News reporter Steven Railston, club sources clarified there has been no setback in Sesko's recovery from a knee injury. Amorim said last week he could be back before United make the trip to on Monday, December 8.

United travel Palace on Sunday and entertain at home in midweek. That's before their trip to Wolves, meaning Sesko is expected to miss at least the next two games.
Sesko, who signed for the Red Devils in a £67million plus add-ons deal from RB Leipzig in August, has scored just twice in 12 appearances since a big-money switch to Old Trafford. He found the net for the first time at Brentford before following that up with a strike against a week after.
As well as Sesko, Amorim is set to be without defender and Matheus Cunha for the trip to Selhurst Park. The Portuguese revealed, however, that Cunha could be back for the game against West Ham, while Maguire is expected to be out for a little longer.
United head to Palace looking to bounce back after suffering a first defeat in six against Everton. The Red Devils had previously picked up 11 points from a possible 15 - a run that had propelled them up the table.
"In our club it is the same thing because last year we had to win every game all the time and we took a lot of criticism because we are not winning," Amorim said, when asked if his side have to beat Palace.
"So in our club there is no excuses. About Europe, I've already talked about Europe and I said the same thing last year when we were still in Europe, and I say the same thing this year, the advantage and disadvantage of being in Europe so there is no excuses. Last year or this year, it's always to win games."
