The brass at La Liga giants Barcelona remain adamant that they will not make a decision on the future of Marcus Rashford with the club until the end of the season.
That’s according to **[Mundo Deportivo](https://www.mundodeportivo.com/futbol/fc-barcelona/20251128/1002577123/peticiones-flick-verano.html)**, who have on Friday provided an insight into the situation.
Frontman Rashford of course made the move to Catalunya’s capital over the summer, as part of a year-long loan from Manchester United.
And the 28-year-old has spent the months since rediscovering some of his very best form.
Taking full advantage of the personnel problems in Hansi Flick’s attacking ranks, Rashford has racked up a head-turning 15 goal contributions in all competitions to date.
With such production comes inevitable chatter surrounding the Englishman’s place in Barcelona’s long-term plans, as calls mount for Rashford’s arrival to be made a permanent one.
As alluded to above, however, for the time being, the Blaugrana hierarchy are in no rush to commit to as much.
As per a report from MD:
‘The option to buy Rashford, set at €30 million, is on the table, but it will ultimately depend on the Englishman’s performance evaluation at the end of the season.’
