Manchester United clinched a 2-1 victory against Crystal Palace in the Premier League on Sunday. The Red Devils needed to bounce back from a shocking loss to Everton earlier in the week, and they managed to secure a crucial away win.
Jean-Philippe Mateta broke the deadlock in the 36th minute with a penalty kick. Leny Yoro clumsily fouled the forward, allowing Mateta to give Palace a well-earned lead.

Here's how the United players performed at Selhurst Park:
Senne Lammens, 6 - He made a few saves you'd expect him to make in the first half, but he was the best of a poor bunch in the opening 45 minutesreports the Manchester Evening News.
Leny Yoro, 3 - Another disappointing performance from Yoro. He narrowly avoided a mistake when Mateta failed to capitalise, and seemed to redeem himself with a crucial block, only to clumsily concede a penalty.
Matthijs de Ligt, 5 - Mateta, an old-school centre-forward, challenged De Ligt from the get-go, winning the physical battle and drawing him out of position. He looked more settled in the second half.
Luke Shaw, 6 - Shaw made a fantastic block to prevent Palace from doubling their lead just before half-time. His side saw little attacking threat all afternoon, which was a compliment from the hosts. He received a yellow card for a professional foul.
Amad, 5 - He was shifted to right-wing back, a position where he has shown comfort, but he didn't contribute to the intricate play he's capable of down that flank. Could have done better.

Ruben Amorim's Manchester United returned to winning ways
Casemiro, 5 - Amorim was left stunned when Casemiro failed to put United ahead just one minute into the game. The Brazilian squandered a header from a free-kick, but his performance improved after a shaky start.
Bruno Fernandes, 7 - Even on an off day, Fernandes proves why he's world-class by creating opportunities. He was responsible for both of United's assists from set-piece routines.
Diogo Dalot, 7 - Dalot was brought back into the team by default but made an impact with his long throw-ins, proving to be an upgrade on Patrick Dorgu following his performance against Everton.
Bryan Mbeumo, 5 - Mbeumo was unstoppable before the international break, but he hasn't returned with the same energy. He still put in a good shift down the right, but he's capable of more in the final third.
Mason Mount, 8 - Mount made his first start since playing a crucial role in the victory over Liverpool at Anfield. His performance was similar - hardworking and industrious, but with one key difference: he scored.
Joshua Zirkzee, 7 - Zirkzee offered little in the first half, alternating between good and bad touches, but equalised with a superb finish. His half-volley needed power to beat the goalkeeper - and it had it.
