Senior Hibs figure set to join global giants Manchester United

Adam Tomlinson will leave his post as Communications Director at Hibs in January.

It's understood he will take up a new job in the comms team at Old Trafford in February.

Tomlinson joined Hibs in July 2021 as communications manager before being made head of communications in October 2021. He was then appointed Communications Director in February 2025.

Announcing his departure, he wrote on LinkedIn: "After four and a half years at Hibernian FC, I will be leaving the club in January. I have absolutely loved my time at Hibs, and in Scotland, and grown so much both personally and professionally.

"I am grateful for the relationships I’ve built with media personnel across the globe, and to have worked with so many talented colleagues both on the sporting and business side.
