Manchester United are drawing 0-0 against West Ham at half-time in their Premier League clash at Old Trafford.
In the first 15 or 20 minutes of the game, you would have had many Manchester United fans thinking about the defeat to Everton at Old Trafford last week.
Ruben Amorim’s men were slow and West Ham were attacking with intent, but the Reds managed to turn things around and start dominating the ball.
Big chances came for the likes of Bruno Fernandes and Joshua Zirkzee while Bryan Mbeumo’s speculative effort was tipped over the bar.
United will need to keep the intensity they showed in the latter stages of that half and bring some extra quality to secure three points.
The United player ratings so far can be read below.
United player ratings vs West Ham
Senne Lammens – 6/10
Not much to do so far.
Noussair Mazraoui – 7/10
Helping United a lot on the right.
Ayden Heaven – 5/10
Very shaky early on and earned himself a booking. Gained confidence as the half went on,
Luke Shaw – 7/10
Solid so far.
Amad – 8/10
Looks like he can find an opening for United on the right.
Casemiro – 8/10
Pickpocketed once but he’s been solid otherwise. Making some great passes.
Bruno Fernandes – 7/10
His volley was so close to finding the corner of the net.
Diogo Dalot – 6/10
Some good runs. Needs to do better defensively.
Bryan Mbeumo – 7/10
Almost scored a wonderful goal.
Matheus Cunha – 7/10
Tough task against Wan-Bissaka. Any other fullback and he might have scored when he ran into the box midway through the half.
Joshua Zirkzee – 7/10
He needs to trap the ball better but looking decent when able to link up.
