Bruno Fernandes has been singled out by Gary Neville as the only Manchester United star that seemed to care about the disappointing 1-1 draw against West Ham. Back at Old Trafford, Ruben Amorim's side had a great chance to move up to fifth but failed to capitalise on teams around them dropping points.

An early second-half goal from Diogo Dalot put United ahead but Soungoutou Magassa equalised late on to claim a share of the spoils. Following the clash, Neville went on quite the rant about United's lack of intensity, but he did point out that only Fernandes looked to be trying to score a winner.

Speaking on the Gary Neville Podcast, he said: "We lost games here and we drew games here. We drew big games and sometimes what would be considered lesser games, but I don't think we drew or lost games in that way.

"I think we'd throw the kitchen sink at it, you'd see both full-backs flying forward, centre-backs in the box, goalkeeper coming up for corners.

"You'd see mayhem and there would be a real massive urge to not lose or draw this game and I don't see that, why? You may as well lose. I just don't see the appetite to throw your whole life at the game, [give] everything you've got and take risks.

"I have to say it does look like Bruno does that. At the end, it seemed like he was trying to get everywhere. I had to see that little bit of panic in him that we can't draw this game. I don't see it in enough of the others.

"They're walking towards throw-ins and taking things easy, that can't be what it is. I don't know what to say other than they are what they are. What I will say about this league at this moment in time is that the consistency is really dire. Everyone is dropping points, except Arsenal. So many teams are not playing at the standards they can achieve."
