The Premier League manager is the favourite to take over from Ruben Amorim at Manchester United if things don’t begin to improve at Old Trafford

Many have been quick to criticise Ruben Amorim following the draw for not making the changes to boost his side’s chances of winning, and as always, there is considerable pressure on the Man United manager.

The Red Devils were reportedly close to making a sack decision on Amorim earlier in the season, but reports of this have quietened. However, they could be forced by rivals Liverpool to make a decision sooner rather than later.

Liverpool eyeing up move for Man United target boss Glasner

It is no surprise that there is considerable interest in Crystal Palace manager Oliver Glasner, as the German boss has transformed life at Selhurst Park, from getting the Eagles into Europe to winning the FA Cup for the first time in the club’s history last season.

Man United have been linked to getting Glasner as Amorim’s replacement, with the Palace boss tipped to one day manage a top Premier League side. Who are the favourites to take over from Amorim?

Former Man United centre-back Laurent Blanc is currently out of work and most recently managed Saudi Pro League side Al-Ittihad. He has previously coached PSG, Lyon, and the French National team.
