Manchester United fans have claimed that one player has cemented his place in the starting line-up after putting in an exceptional display in their 4-1 win against Wolverhampton Wanderers.
Having failed to pick up a result in their 1-1 draw against struggling West Ham, Monday night's clash against the Premier League's most out-of-form side offered Ruben Amorim an even better chance of victory. And the visitors, dominant from the start, took the lead in the 25th minute through Bruno Fernandes.
However, United were far from their best in the first half, which allowed the Old Gold to build some momentum before half-time. David Moller Wolfe found Jean-Ricner Bellegarde, who bent the ball past Senne Lammens for the equaliser.

Richard Keys Reveals Shock Reason Ruben Amorim Won't Play Kobbie Mainoo at Man Utd
Richard Keys believes the real reason Manchester United midfielder Kobbie Mainoo hasn't been playing is due to not being mobile enough.
Once play resumed after the interval, Amorim's side poured forward, hoping to restore their advantage. They were only made to wait six minutes for their second of the night, as Bryan Mbeumo tapped the ball home after Diogo Dalot had squared it to him. And just 10 minutes later, Mason Mount smashed home a third after a delightful cross from Fernandes.
The third extinguished any hope of Wolves making their way back into the tie, and United then damned them to yet another defeat from the penalty spot. Fernandes was on hand to dispatch his second of the game after Yerson Mosquera handled the ball.
Ayden Heaven Was Fantastic Against Wolves

Having failed to maintain performance levels throughout the first half, United were a much-improved team in the second 45 minutes. And while the likes of Fernandes, Mbeumo and Mount deserve plaudits for scoring the goals on the night, equal praise must go to the visitors' defence — specifically Ayden Heaven.
The 19-year-old was handed his first start of the season against West Ham, but left a little to be desired. He was slightly too aggressive with his challenges at Old Trafford and was sometimes caught out, leading to his withdrawal from the game at half-time.
On Monday, though, Heaven put in a much improved display, barely giving Jorgen Strand Larsen or any Wolves attacker a sniff. The England international looked much more calm and composed, playing with an assurance that had been missing last week.
By the time he was brought off in the 69th minute, he had won 100% of his aerial and ground duels, while making seven clearances during the game too. Even more impressively, Heaven didn't misplace a pass throughout the tie, which also helped to dent Wolves' hopes of a result.

However, that doesn't bode well for his Manchester United teammate, Leny Yoro. Signed from Lille in the summer of 2024, the French international has been named on the bench in the Red Devils' last two matches, with him once again brought on for Heaven in the second half. Someone has to miss out for Heaven to start, but the £52m defender is unlikely to be happy about losing his spot in the team.
Man Utd Fans Believe Heaven 'Is Better' Than Yoro

Supporters, reacting to Heaven's performance against Wolves, were quick to praise the youngster, but many also chose to state that they prefer having him in the heart of the backline compared to someone like Yoro. One supporter said: "Heaven is a much better cb than Leny Yoro, don't ever start that boy again." That opinion was reaffirmed by a fellow United fan, who wrote: "Heaven might be better than Yoro you know..."
Another fan added: "Heaven is soooo much more comfortable on the ball than Yoro." One more said: "Heaven is good. Better than Yoro." And an additional supporter wrote: "Yoro been ahh the past couple weeks so it’s best for him to be on the bench for a bit"
Another said that Heaven's on the ball ability was better than the rest of United's centre-backs, writing: "Ayden Heaven on the ball is way too good. He helps progress the ball a lot. Something our starting centre-backs haven't had this season." And a final supporter, again focusing on Yoro, wrote: "Heaven nicked Yoro’s chain."
