Sheffield Wednesday take on Watford tonight, looking for a first win in the Championship since September.
Henrik Pedersen saw his team come out of the FA Cup third round draw with a home tie against Brentford to look forward to.
However, with lots of games between now and then, the hope for the Wednesday head coach will be that some wins can be secured.
Harry Amass has been a top performer in the Wednesday team this season, and Manchester United must be delighted with his development.
Now, Pedersen has heaped praise on the youngster ahead of a trip to Vicarage Road to play Watford on Tuesday night.

What Henrik Pedersen thinks Harry Amass has done that is ‘amazing’
Amass was one piece of business that Wednesday managed to do in the summer, and he’s not disappointed.
The ongoing situation has led to plenty of first-team action for Amass, and Pedersen thinks he’s been ‘amazing’.
He told the Sheffield Star: “The coaches, the staff, I think we have done a great job for Harry, and I think his individual development has been amazing.

“All that we are doing with him for his personal development and also for his individual feedback from training and games. I think his physical development has been good.
“I think there are a lot of things that have gone in the right direction. It was good in the beginning, then he was a little bit down, now he has been very stable. We have to keep that level up and make the next step for him.”
Wednesday need to try and keep Amass
Given that it’s still very early days for Amass in the world of professional football, Wednesday would be wise to try and keep him.

Wednesday naturally need to get the takeover sorted first, and ultimately that is the immediate priority for the football club to progress.
Amass is proving a very useful player indeed and United will be satisfied knowing that the Owls are giving him a platform to play regularly each week.
At 18-years-old the future looks extremely bright and certainly in the short term his development does look to be best served at Hillsborough.
