Amorim told he has a player in his ranks who’s ‘absolutely sensational’ and ‘fantastic’ every…

MUTV presenter Liam Bradford has poured praise on Mason Mount following a stellar run of form from the midfielder.

Manchester United’s No.7 is enjoying an extended period of fitness this campaign, which has come as a monumental boost to Ruben Amorim in his first full term in the dugout.

Despite being available for almost every fixture thus far, the coaching staff have been keen to manage Mount’s minutes in order to avoid him sustaining yet another layoff.

Injuries have plagued his Red Devils career since he made the move from Chelsea in 2023, severing an 18-year association with the London outfit.

In the two-and-a-half seasons Mount has been at United, he has missed a whopping 50 matches across all competitions and been limited to only 59 appearances.

Now, in 2025/2026, Amorim has been able to call upon the 26-year-old 13 times – seven times from the off.

He has returned two goals in his last two starts in the Premier League; the first against Crystal Palace and the most recent in the 4-1 win over Wolverhampton Wanderers on Monday, after which he was named the Man of the Match for his efforts in the 84 minutes he played at Molineux.

When analysing his showing on MUTV, presenter Liam Bradford told the ‘Inside Carrington’ panel: “Mason Mount, absolutely sensational.

“Again, every time he seems to get the nod to start for Manchester United, his pressing, his energy, [and] his intelligence… It’s absolutely fantastic. So, I’m really glad that he came away with [the] Man of the Match award and got himself another goal.”

As a result, fans are anticipating Mount will retain his spot for the visit of Bournemouth in three days’ time, as they look to make it back-to-back wins against a side who’ve registered successive 3-0 victories at Old Trafford in the last two seasons.
