Iraola hopeful but 'still not sure' if Senesi will be fit for United trip

ANDONI Iraola hopes Marcos Senesi will be available to face Manchester United on Monday after he was forced off against Chelsea through injury.

Iraola said after the game against the Blues that he was hopeful it was just cramps, and he confirmed on Friday morning that that was the case, but Senesi was still working through some fitness issues ahead of the trip to Old Trafford.

Senesi has been a key performer for Bournemouth this season, starting all but one game so far in the Premier League – and that was the game he missed through suspension, against Everton.

Asked for a team news update on Friday ahead of the [Cherries](http://www.bournemouthecho.co.uk/sport/cherries/clubnews/?ref=au)’ trip to Manchester, Iraola said: “I think it's a similar picture than we had past week.

“Marcos was the one that finished the game with some cramps and still is dealing with some issues there, but there is not a proper muscle injury.

“So we hope he's available also for Monday, but we are not still sure. It's strange because we still have three more days, so it's difficult to know what's going to happen, but should be very similar from past weekend.”
