“I thought Manchester United looked good the other day,” he said.
“It was only against Wolves, but I must say it looked good on the eye. Mason Mount was outstanding in that game, too.

Paul Merson predicts the Premier League scoreline between Man Utd and Bournemouth at Old Trafford
United climbed to sixth place after the Wolves result and Ruben Amorim’s men are only one point off fourth-place Crystal Palace in the Premier League table.
The Red Devils have lost only once in their last five Premier League fixtures, which came in United’s 1-0 defeat to 10-man Everton at Old Trafford last month.
Merson believes that United are in better form than Bournemouth and Andoni Iraola’s men could struggle against Amorim’s side at Old Trafford on Monday.

“Fortunately for Manchester United, Bournemouth are not the team they once were,” he continued.
“They deserved to win against Chelsea last week, but we’ve seen Bournemouth play much, much better in the past.
“I just think they are really struggling at the moment and this is the best time for Manchester United to face them at home.”
Arsenal legend Merson has backed United to walk away with all three Premier League points and has predicted a 2-1 scoreline in favour of the Red Devils.
