Bryan Mbeumo is relaxed regarding his potential early departure to AFCON next week. The Cameroon international will jet off to the major tournament alongside Amad and Mazraoui with uncertainty still lingering over whether the trio will be available for Bournemouth.

However, this doesn't seem to concern Mbeumo as he posted a photo of his teammates on Friday with a telling caption. The picture shows Amad pulling a funny face with French teammate Leny Yoro in the background with the caption: "No problem my boys," alongside a sunglasses emoji.

This reaction showcases the 26-year-old's relaxed nature surrounding his AFCON departure and his potential to make Monday night's game. Amorim confirmed in a press conference that the club are preparing with all three players in mind to be in the squad.

Speaking on Friday, he said: "We are waiting until the last moment to have all the players available to choose the best team to start the game. I expect to have a decision today or maybe tomorrow.

"Every national team has their ideas about when they want the players. I don’t know if it’s going to be the same situation (with each player). It depends on the games.

"It's frustrating but at the same time nobody knows who is going to play. So it's a good thing, I think. We have players to cope with everything, and with a long week you can see a lot of things to prepare the game and any situation."
