Fernandes scored and provided an assist as the eight-goal thriller ended 4-4.
However, the United captain was visibly frustrated at the final whistle as his reaction was caught on camera.
The home side had gone in front twice during the first half before a quickfire double from the Cherries turned the match on its head shortly after the break.
It left Ruben Amorim's side at risk of losing their stunning unbeaten record when leading home matches at half-time in the Premier League.

The Red Devils have not lost when doing so in Premier League history, with their last defeat from a winning position in a home league match back in May 1984.
Fortunately for the hosts, Fernandes' stunning free-kick levelled for United before Matheus Cunha restored their lead with 11 minutes remaining.
There was still time for another Bournemouth equaliser, though, this time through Junior Kroupi.
The result leaves United sixth in the table having conceded 26 goals in just 16 league outings so far this term.
Fernandes' full-time reaction
Fernandes was left frustrated after the match as he trudged around the centre circle at full-time.
In footage from the stands, he could be seen berating Casemiro before shouting at the rest of his team-mates on the pitch.

The Portuguese midfielder waved his hands in the air before turning his back and walking away, shaking his head in the process.
Fernandes' goal involvements against Bournemouth take his tally for the season to five goals and seven assists in 16 league appearances this term.
Only Erling Haaland has provided more goal contributions in the Premier League so far this season, with 17 goals and three assists.
'United wanted me to leave' - Fernandes
Meanwhile, Fernandes has now revealed United wanted him to leave the club in the summer after he rejected a move to Saudi Arabia.
Speaking to Canal 11, he discussed an approach from Saudi Pro League side Al Hilal prior to the start of the campaign.
The 31-year-old explained: "The president of Al Hilal spoke to me. He called me directly.

"Neves sent me a message saying he wanted to talk to me. They wanted him to play in the Club World Cup with Al Hilal.
"It was a love that started back in the Jorge Jesus days, he had already called me in 2023."
He continued: "I could have left like many people do and said: ‘I want to leave, I don’t want to train, I just want to leave for €20m or €30m, so they pay me more on the other side.’
"But I never did that. I never felt in a position to do that, because I felt that the empathy and affection I had for the club were the same.
"But there comes a point where, for them, money is more important than anything. The club wanted me to go, I have that in my head.
"I told the directors this, but I think they didn’t have the courage to make that decision.

"I decided to stay, also because of family reasons, but because I genuinely like the club.
"The conversation with the manager also made me stay. But, from the club’s side, I felt a bit like, ‘if you leave, it’s not so bad for us.’
"It hurts me a lot. More than hurting, it makes me sad because I’m a player they have nothing to criticise about. I’m always available, I always play, good or bad. I give my all.
"Then you see things around you, players who don’t value the club as much and don’t defend the club as much… that makes you sad."
Fernandes, who joined United in January 2020, currently has 18 months remaining on his contract.
However, the deal he signed last summer includes an option for the club to extend it through to 2028.
