Man Utd open talks for Zirkzee exit

Manchester United and Roma are reportedly direct in contact over a potential move for Joshua Zirkzee.

Zirkzee, 24, is out of favour at Old Trafford.

claim that Roma sporting director Ricky Massara was in London over the weekend to meet with United officials for talks over the striker.

The Red Devils want a permanent sale or a loan that guarantees a future payment, with a fee in the region of €35m-£40million (£30m-£35m) being floated.

Roma's preference is an initial loan worth €5m-£6m (£4.3m-£5.2m) plus an obligation to buy depending on qualification for the Champions League.
