Ipswich Town transfer rumour: Italian giants eye Blues goalkeeper

Italian giants Juventus are reportedly considering a move for Ipswich Town goalkeeper Aro Muric.

The Blues signed the Kosovan international from Burnley for a fee of £8m following promotion to the Premier League in 2024. Muric was dropped midway through an error-strewn season though and subsequently loaned to Serie A club Sassuolo last summer.

The 27-year-old has impressed for a side that sit 10th in the table, with Sassuolo said to have the option to make the move permanent at the end of the season for €10 million (£8.7m).

Muric's Portman Road contract runs until 2028.

Ipswich's current goalkeeper options comprise of Christian Walton, Alex Palmer and David Button.
