Manchester United have given themselves a glimmer of hope against Brighton in the FA Cup with a late goal.

Manchester United were 2-0 down, but Benjamin Sesko has now headed in on the 85th minute to give his side some hope. It will be interesting to see if Manchester United can step up their performance levels in the final minutes to score the equaliser.

They have had a disappointing season so far, and they cannot afford to crash out of the FA Cup. They are already out of the English League Cup, and the FA Cup is their best opportunity to win a trophy this season.

Manchester United are going through a rough patch and have been heavily criticised. Winning a trophy could relieve some of the pressure. They should do everything in their power to get back into the contest and book their place in the next round of the competition.

Despite investing significant sums on high-quality attacking players, Manchester United have mostly looked toothless going forward. They have struggled to create opportunities against Brighton, and Darren Fletcher will be disappointed with the way his team have performed in the final third today.
