Manchester United welcomed Brighton and Hove Albion at Old Trafford earlier this evening as they hoped to secure a good result at home in the FA Cup. The Red Devils made a slow start to the game and conceded the opening goal in the 12th minute when Brajan Gruda found the back of the net. Darren Fletcher’s men went into the half-time break 1-0 down on the scoreline.
Danny Welbeck doubled Brighton’s advantage in the 65th minute. However, Benjamin Sesko got a goal back for Man United in the 85th minute. Shea Lacey was sent off by the referee in the 90th minute as the Red Devils crashed to a tough 2-1 loss at the Theatre of Dreams.

Lammens didn’t make a save in the game and was guilty of making a poor error at the back.

He did his fair share of defending and was not afraid to have a strike at goal.
**CB: Lisandro Martinez – 7/10**
Martinez performed his defensive duties well and was a good presence on the ball.
**CB: Leny Yoro – 6.5/10**
He cleared his lines when he could, but it was not enough today.

**LB: Patrick Dorgu – 7/10**
He caught the eye at times on both ends of the field.
**CM: Manuel Ugarte – 6.5/10**
Ugarte got stuck in with some crunching tackles but offered very little in the final third.
**CM: Kobbie Mainoo – 6.5/10**
He anchored the midfield well and engineered some inviting chances in the opponent’s half.
**RM: Matheus Cunha – 7/10**
Cunha caused a few headaches for his marker but failed to register a goal.
**CAM: Bruno Fernandes – 8/10**
The Portuguese talent created a few inviting chances for his teammates in the final third and has got an assist to show for his efforts.
**LM: Mason Mount – 6/10**
He was quiet for most of his time on the field.
**ST: Benjamin Sesko – 7.5/10**
Sesko was not shy of having a strike at goal and managed to score in the 85th minute.
