Manchester United could look to add further to their attacking ranks in the upcoming transfer windows - with a move touted for Brighton winger Kaoru Mitoma.
The Red Devils have had a decent campaign in the Premier League, recording 32 points from 21 games, sitting in seventh in the table and just three points away from potential Champions League football.
And with their new manager needing potential new signings after the sacking of Ruben Amorim, it could see Mitoma be the man to come into their ranks to secure top four football on a regular basis.

The report by TEAMtalk states that although United are thought to be interested in Carlos Baleba, they are also in the market for his Seagulls teammate Kaoru Mitoma.
The Japan star, praised as ‘one of the best dribblers in the world’, has interest from the Saudi Pro League, and clubs in the Middle East will be ready to make a move if they receive encouragement over a potential deal for the dribble-happy star.
However, United have also been made aware of his potential availability heading into 2026, and with a historic interest in Mitoma, it's a deal that could see him make the move to Old Trafford.

United and Brighton have both been vying for European spots in the past few years, landing on similar trajectories in that time, but United's status and reputation means that they will be able to offer Mitoma bigger wages than the Seagulls. That may be ideal for him at the age of 28, where he may receive on last big contract before entering his thirties.
United, however, are now reverting to a formation that 'puts emphasis' on goalscoring wingers, such as current star Bryan Mbeumo - and Mitoma would be an ideal alternative on the left-hand side.
A Left Wing Option is Badly Needed at Manchester United

United have struggled for a left wing option in recent times, despite being inundated with right-winger options such as Bryan Mbeumo, Amad Diallo and others.
Young starlet Shea Lacey flourished against Burnley in midweek, whilst others such as Mason Mount and Matheus Cunha can feature off the left.
But since Marcus Rashford was loaned out to Barcelona, as well as Alejandro Garnacho departing for Chelsea in the summer transfer window, there have been a lack of left-wing options.
United have been blessed with players in that position in the past. Ryan Giggs, Cristiano Ronaldo, Ashley Young and Rashford have been solid stalwarts over the years.
And Mitoma could look to be a part of that cohort upon his potential move to the club. Mitoma has an impressive tally of 22 goals in the Premier League in 99 games, as well as registering 18 assists in the top-flight.
That level of experience and talent on the wings could give United the squad depth to really shine going forwards, and it would help their new boss once United sort a permanent fixture.
