Manchester United youngster Ayden Heaven is believed to be renting the lavish mansion once occupied by Sir [Alex Ferguson](https://www.mirror.co.uk/all-about/alex-ferguson) and his late wife Cathy. Situated in Cheshire, the 84-year-old Ferguson put the stunning property up for sale a month after Lady Cathy's passing at the age of 84.
The legendary former Reds boss found it challenging to sell the house, eventually letting it go for £3.25m, a quarter of a million less than the asking price. It's believed that Heaven, 19, is leasing the property from the person who bought the house.
The young footballer will undoubtedly enjoy living in the luxurious home, situated on one of the most prestigious streets in the north of England.
