Michael Carrick has been snapped arriving at Carrington on Tuesday morning, ahead of being named the Red Devils' interim manager.
Carrick, 44, was photographed driving into Carrington after reports he had agreed a deal with United until the end of the season after Ruben Amorim was sacked earlier this month. The former United midfielder faced competition from Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, but has reportedly been handed the role.
According to The Athletic, the deal will see Carrick bring in his backroom staff - and his first game will be a crunch derby with local rivals Manchester City on Saturday lunchtime.
