BRADFORD City have completed the signings of Newcastle United duo Harrison Ashby and Joe White –and are also said to be closing in on a loan move for Manchester United striker Ethan Wheatley.
Former West Ham United academy product Ashby, 24, who made seven senior appearances for the Hammers before moving to the Magpies in 2023, has previously spent time on loan in the Championship at Swansea City and QPR.
The right wing-back made 29 appearances in the second tier for the Hoops last term and 31 in all competitions.
Attacking midfielder White, 23, spent the first half of the campaign on loan at City’s League One rivals Leyton Orient ahead of his recall by the Tyneside outfit.

White has spent previous loan stints at Hartlepool United, Exeter City, Crewe Alexandra and MK Dons.
He made his Newcastle debut against Bournemouth in the Premier League in 2024.
Both will boost City’s numbers for a key spell of games, starting with Saturday’s home game with League One leaders Cardiff City.
Teenager Wheatley, 19, has been on loan in League One at Northampton for the first half of the season ahead of being recalled by United and he is set to be sent out once again, with City said to be close to completing a loan move.

He scored three goals in 25 appearances for the Cobblers.
On Ashby and White, boss Graham Alexander said: "Joe is a player we have admired for a while and we believe his creativity will bring an added dimension to our team.
"Harrison comes in with Championship experience and excellent quality.
"He has been positionally adaptable in his previous loans, but we see him mainly competing for the wing-back role in our system.
"I am sure he will enjoy his time here and find an environment where he can showcase his talent.”
Meanwhile, City defender Joe Wright is among the shortlisted players for League One's player of the month for December, with ex-Huddersfield Town attacking midfielder Leo Castledine also on the list.
