West Ham miss out on top Nuno replacement

**West Ham lose managerial option as Carrick takes Manchester United job.**

It’s been a big week for former West Ham players. Two ex-Hammers have taken two of the biggest managerial roles in football. We’ve already seen Arbeloa get the Real Madrid job following Xabi Alonso’s sacking, and now Michael Carrick has been appointed Manchester United’s interim manager.
