Glasner's Palace decision:Oliver Glasner has confirmed he will leave Crystal Palace at the end of this season when his contract expires. The manager says he told Palace chairman Steve Parish of his decision during the October international break.
United odds favourite: Glasner is the favourite to become United's next boss, with bet365 pricing the Palace manager at 7/4. He was already the frontrunner before confirming his availability this summer.
Michael Carrick: United's current interim head coach is the second favourite with bet365 at 5/1. Carrick will get his first chance to impress in the Manchester derby this weekend.
Gareth Southgate: The former England manager is priced just behind Carrick by bet365 at 6/1. Southgate recently spoke about the "power struggle" at United that led to Ruben Amorim's sacking.
Thomas Tuchel: Fourth favourite with bet365 is the current England head coach, at 8/1. Tuchel's contract expires after the World Cup, and a return to club management could be on the cards.
Julian Nagelsmann: The former Bayern Munich boss is another coach who will be at the World Cup this summer, who bet365 price up at 16/1. His contract with the German national team extends until the next European Championship, though.
Mauricio Pochettino: The second of three options bet365 have at 16/1 is the current United States coach. Pochettino has spoken several times about returning to the Premier League, and like Tuchel, could be back after the World Cup.
Roberto De Zerbi: The former Brighton & Hove Albion boss is another who is priced at 16/1 by bet365. Now at Marseille, De Zerbi remains in demand for his work in the Premier League.
