Brooklyn, the eldest son of Manchester United legend David Beckham, shared his 'humiliation' and 'embarassment' with his mom Victoria's actions during his wedding.
A former photographer and model, Brooklyn, 26, married his wife, Nicole Peltz, an American actress, in April 2022 in Palm Beach, Florida. However, he seemingly has a strained relationship with his parents over promotions and endorsements.
In a series of Instagram stories, Brooklyn detailed how his mom, Victoria, tried to embarass him and hijacked his dance with his wife Nicole on Brooklyn's wedding day:
"The night before our weddng, members of my family told me that Nicola was "not blood" and "not family". Since the moment I started standing up for myself with my family, I've received endless attacks from my parents, both privately and publicly, that were sent to the press on their orders.
"Even my brothers were sent to attack me on social media, before they ultimately blocked my out of nowhere this last Summer. My mom hijacked my first dance with my wife, which had been planned weeks in advance to a romantic love song. In front of our 500 wedding guests, Marc Anthony called me to the stage, where in the schedule was planned to be my romantic dance with my wife, but instead my mum was waiting to dance with me instead."
Brooklyn continued:
"She danced very inappropriately with me in front of everyone. I've never felt more uncomfortable or humiliated in my entire life. We wanted to renew our vows so we could create new memories of our wedding day that bring us joy and happiness, not anxiety and embarassment."

"My wife has been consistently disrespected by my family, no matter how hard we've tried to come together as one. My mum has repeatedly invited women from my past into our lives in ways that were clearly intended to make us both uncomfortable."
Brooklyn, who stays in Los Angeles, also wrote in one of his stories about how his wife wasn't invited to his dad David Beckham's 50th birthday celebration in London and that his parents didn't visit him when they were in LA.

David Beckham, the co-owner of MLS club Inter Miami, turned 50 in May last year and celebrated the occasion with his family and friends in multiple locations across Europe.
The former Manchester United and Real Madrid midfielder celebrated his 50th birthday on May 2, 2024, and posted pictures of himself with his wife, Victoria, sons Cruz and Romeo, daughter Harper, along with others.
"OK OK I promise this was the last party 😂 Feeling very lucky to round off an amazing week celebrating my 50th with incredible friends , I think you can tell by my smile I enjoyed this... Thank you to everyone and especially my wife @victoriabeckham… We are still laughing and dancing after all these years ❤️," David Beckham wrote on Instagram."
However, Brooklyn was conspicuous by his absence, with the 26-year-old writing in one of his stories that his wife wasn't invited to the birthday celebration in London and that his parents didn't visit him when they were in LA.
