The latest Man Utd transfer news updates in the final two weeks of the January window.
Manchester United are working on five loan exits in the final fortnight of the January transfer window.
United do not expect to do any major business of their own this month, with their primary focus on a refresh under a new permanent manager at the end of the season. Club sources stress they will only move for a signing this month if that player is part of their long-term vision, with little interest in short-term solutions.
United will still remain alert to any market opportunities that might arise in the final two weeks of the window, but they are expected to be busier regarding loan departures. There are also no plans for permanent sales at senior level this month, with Kobbie Mainoo, Manuel Ugarte and Joshua Zirkzee all expected to remain at Old Trafford amid recent transfer interest.

Manchester United will allow several players to leave the club on loan this month, with four deals more advanced than others.
Manchester World revealed Toby Collyer is in advanced talks to join Hull City on loan for the remainder of the season, with a deal expected to be confirmed early this week. Collyer could travel with his new teammates for their crucial Championship clash against Preston on Tuesday night, but is not expected to make his debut until they host Swansea at the weekend.
The 22-year-old was recalled from his previous loan deal at West Brom earlier in the month as he recovered from a calf injury. He is now set to join the club he rejected in the summer, though they are under a transfer embargo and will not be able to pay a loan fee for his services.
Harry Amass is also set to leave United on loan before deadline day, though there is nothing imminent on his future. Sheffield Wednesday are keen on another deal after he shone during the first half of the season at Hillsborough, while there is also interest from Stoke City and Watford. The other teams are enjoying better seasons in the Championship, but Wednesday have already proved they can be trusted to oversee his development.
In terms of other exits, Tyler Fredricson will be allowed to leave this month, amid interest from a host of clubs in the EFL and across Europe. The 20-year-old has only made two senior appearances this season and knows he is unlikely to feature for the first team again after their switch to a back four. His focus is also on regular playing time at a crucial stage in his development.
United will also consider sending Sekou Kone on loan to Lausanne-Sport for the remainder of the season, with the 19-year-old currently spending time with the Swiss club to gauge whether a loan would suit all parties. Kone is eager to gain regular playing time at a higher level but no final decision has been made on whether he will officially join them for the next few months.
