Toby Collyer only returned from his West Brom loan this month and Manchester United have now found a new club for the Carrington graduate.
Last season, Ruben Amorim explained that Toby Collyer was above Casemiro in his midfield pecking order at Manchester United.
Toby Collyer made 13 appearances for the Red Devils in 2024/25, but United’s failure to qualify for Europe meant his opportunities were very limited this season.

As a result, Collyer joined West Brom on loan, but it didn’t go to plan. Collyer suffered injury setbacks and ended up playing just 253 minutes of Championship football for the Baggies.
United recalled Collyer this month, but it has been decided he should go to a new club for the second half of the season.

The Tigers have climbed up to fourth in the Championship standings and are just three points away from the automatic promotion spots, so Collyer has a chance to play a pivotal role in their push for Premier League football.
Collyer was criticised by Amorim during his first loan spell at West Brom, so he will have a point to prove that he is ready for regular first-team football.
Why Hull City is a good fit for Toby Collyer
Under manager Jakirovic, Hull play in a 4-2-3-1 formation which should suit Collyer’s style of play. A hard-working midfielder capable of breaking through the lines, Collyer is a good fit for Hull’s double pivot in midfield.
Additionally, Hull are short of midfield options after Darko Gyabi suffered an injury which will result in a lengthy spell on the sidelines.
It means that Collyer should get plenty of minutes at his new loan club in the second half of the season.

While West Brom are struggling down in 19th in the Championship, Hull are on a good run of form and Collyer can hopefully add to their momentum.
If he can steer clear of any more injury setbacks, it is a great opportunity for the 22-year-old to get his career back on track.
