Man City are hoping to bounce back in the Premier League with a game against Wolves this weekend.
It has been a dreadful week for Pep Guardiola’s side, even though they’ve signed two excellent players this January. Firstly, they lost to Man United in the Manchester derby, allowing Arsenal to extend their lead at the top of the Premier League table. They then suffered an embarrassing 3-1 defeat to Bodo/Glimt in the Champions League.
Following their loss to Bodo/Glimt, the Man City players personally reimbursed the City fans who made the trip to Norway to watch the game. That shows just how bad a defeat it was for Guardiola’s side.
