The 26-year-old had Bruno Fernandes playing behind him in the No 10 role and Patrick Dorgu and Amad Diallo were on the left and right wings respectively.
Mbeumo netted the opener for Man Utd against Manchester City in the 2-0 win at Old Trafford last week and the summer signing repeated his goalscoring impact against Arsenal.
United were trailing Arsenal 1-0 after Lisandro Martinez put the ball in the back of his net and Mbeumo scored an important equaliser for his side before half-time.

Red Devils supporters on United In Focus’ TalkingPoints platform were left in awe at the performance that Mbeumo put in against Arsenal before he was subbed off.
A Red Devils supporter wrote: “His goal was a bit [of] a gift, but I won’t be complaining!”
Someone else commented: “Seems to be scoring in big games. Goal v Liverpool, Spurs, City, now Arsenal. Just Chelsea left now!”
“He is quality, isn’t he? I mean, what a signing,” a third Man Utd fan added.

Man Utd fans’ verdict on Matheus Cunha after the Red Devils star’s winner against Arsenal in the 3-2 victory
Mikel Merino pulled Arsenal level in the 84th minute before Cunha restored Man Utd’s lead three minutes later and ensured all three points for the Red Devils.
United fans, much like they were with Mbeumo, waxed lyrical about the impact that Cunha had on the Premier League result at the Emirates on the weekend.
