Cole Palmer Bombshell Drops as Feelings Made Clear on Man Utd Move

Cole Palmer has reportedly made his feelings clear on a potential move to Manchester United after it was suggested that the Chelsea forward is feeling homesick in London.
The 23-year-old, who joined the Blues from Manchester City in September 2023, enjoyed a dream debut campaign at Stamford Bridge, notching 25 goals and 15 assists across 46 appearances.
He continued that form into his second season and finished the 2024-25 campaign as Chelsea's top scorer with 18 goals. However, this season has been a struggle, with an ongoing groin issue limiting the England international to just 11 starts.
Amid an injury-hit campaign, The Sun recently claimed that Palmer 'does not particularly enjoy life down south' and misses his family and friends from back home in Wythenshawe.
A few days after that initial report emerged and the same publication has provided further insight into the player's thoughts on a potential return to Manchester.

Palmer, who supported United as a kid, is said to be 'open' to joining the ranks at Old Trafford and would welcome interest from the Premier League side.
It is also suggested that the forward 'would not entertain' a return to Manchester City.
Chelsea manager Liam Rosenior responds to Cole Palmer speculation
Rosenior was asked about the rumours linking Palmer with a move to Manchester United during his pre-match press conference ahead of Chelsea's clash against Crystal Palace.
Asked for his assessment of the situation, Rosenior suggested the player was "very, very happy" at Chelsea, despite reports suggesting he was homesick.
"I've had numerous conversations with Cole and he seems very, very happy to be here. He is very, very happy to be here. He's a huge part of our plans in the long term. He's an outstanding player," said Rosenior.
"Every player goes through difficult moments in their careers in terms of injury. I don't think it's any reflection on his qualities. He's an outstanding footballer. But my job and the club's job is to get him in a place where he can consistently perform at the level that he wants to.
"And there was frustration in the Brentford game, not because he wasn't happy here, just because he couldn't perform. He was in pain. He couldn't perform to the level he wanted to do for the club."

Rosenior added: "He's a great kid and he's an outstanding player, but we have to make sure that we look after him in the right way. That's why I didn't involve him in the last game."
