Manchester United star Patrick Dorgu is set to miss around 10 weeks with a hamstring injury, according to journalist Laurie Whitwell.
The Denmark international sustained the injury while chasing a long ball during United’s 3-2 win at Arsenal on Sunday, in which he scored a stunning second-half volley.
While it was initially thought Dorgu had escaped with cramp, scans later revealed a hamstring injury, with the timeline for his return still not totally certain.
The 21-year-old has been in fine form in recent weeks, registering five goal involvements in United’s last seven Premier League games.
