Andre Onana knows his days at Manchester United are numbered once his Trabzonspor loan expires at the end of the season, so efforts are being made to line up a move to one of his former clubs.
After two seasons as Manchester United’s first-choice goalkeeper, Andre Onana was cast aside by Ruben Amorim at the beginning of the 2025/26 campaign.
That was before Senne Lammens arrived and made the role his own with impressive displays in his first season.
Although Altay Bayindir started the first lot of Premier League games, United haven’t looked back since Lammens made his debut in a 2-0 win over Sunderland to record the team’s first clean sheet of the season.

Onana joined Trabzonspor to ensure he would get regular game time this season. After missing out on a place in Cameroon’s AFCON squad, the former Ajax and Inter Milan stopper will be hoping to rebuild his reputation as one of Europe’s top goalkeepers ahead of a move in the summer.
