Man United don’t need Cole Palmer because Bruno Fernandes replacement is already here
United fans will agree that replacing Bruno Fernandes is essentially an impossible job. What he has done for the club over the past six years is extraordinary.
But there will come a time when Fernandes leaves, and there will be huge boots to fill. Palmer’s style of play does align with what Fernandes has been doing for United, but everyone seems to be forgetting about Matheus Cunha.

Matheus Cunha can play centrally and replace Bruno Fernandes
Upon his arrival, Cunha was given the iconic No.10 shirt at United and that is not insignificant. It suggests that Cunha sees himself as a central playmaker at Old Trafford.
Journalist Ben Jacobs believes that Cunha wants to play centrally at United further down the line, and that puts him in pole position to replace Fernandes.
Currently, Cunha has been playing off the left at United, and that will likely remain under Michael Carrick, especially after Patrick Dorgu’s injury.
