Newcastle United have been drawn against Azerbaijani club Qarabag in the knockout round of the Champions League, following today’s draw in Nyon, Switzerland.
Eddie Howe’s side will travel to Azerbaijan for the first leg, before the return leg at St James’ Park a week later.
Jose Mourinho’s Benfica will take on Real Madrid once again in a repeat of this week’s final league phase game in which Benfica scored an added-time goal through goalkeeper Anatoliy Trubin to beat Real 4-2 and make the cut for the next round.
Elsewhere, reigning champions Paris St Germain will take on fellow French rivals Monaco, while Galatasaray will meet Juventus.
