Everton have now almost had two full transfer windows with David Moyes at the helm and big changes are still needed.
The Toffees enjoyed a productive summer, which saw nine new faces added to the squad.
Fast forward to the present date and Moyes has gone throughout this winter window without a single signing being made.
During Friday’s press conference, Moyes admitted Everton are unlikely to make a signing before the deadline on Monday evening.

This is clearly not what fans wanted to hear as the Scot also shared a year-long search on Merseyside for a specific addition.
The 62-year-old manager’s comments may all but confirm that he does not view one particular Everton player as part of his long-term plans.

Whilst speaking to the media on Friday, Moyes did admit that he has been on the search for a new right-back for 12 months.
“He’s done okay. We’ve been actively looking for a right-back for over a year. But I think when Patto has come in he hasn’t let us down,” said Moyes.
“We hope he continues to improve.”
Everton have offered Patterson to Bologna in a swap proposal to sign right-back Emil Holm earlier in the month.
With the World Cup coming up in the summer, Patterson will surely be looking for a way to earn himself regular minutes.
Although Moyes did not come out and slam Patterson, he was hardly overly positive about his fellow countryman.
Patterson has struggled massively with injuries during his time on Merseyside, which has certainly hindered his career.
Without a replacement, Patterson simply cannot leave before Monday.
However, Everton have already shown their willingness to offload Patterson during the summer.
The Blues will not leave them short at right-back, though, but Moyes did not exactly take the opportunity to lavish high praise on the right-back when specifically asked about him.
