Everton have burst into life in the transfer market with just days remaining before the window ‘slams shut’ on Monday.
The Toffees are leaving it late, but it finally looks as if some new faces could eventually be coming through the doors at Finch Farm.
David Moyes has done his best to temper expectations on Merseyside over what Everton could do in these final days.
Even in his latest press conference, Moyes claimed Everton are unlikely to make a signing before Monday night.
What should be Everton’s top priority before the deadline on Monday? 😬

However, there has been some bad news on the injury front, with Jack Grealish expected to undergo surgery now.
As Everton consider their options, there is now interest being shown in a player who Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall loves playing with.

Having enjoyed the rewards of landing Dewsbury-Hall, another Chelsea player could soon be heading north to the Hill Dickinson Stadium.
This is a player who Dewsbury-Hall has played with before at Stamford Bridge and even praised after the youngster assisted him in the Europa Conference League.
“They play with a low block but thankfully I saw a bit of space, Tyrique [George] played me through with a lovely ball, I showed a little bit of composure and it was nice to get the goal,” said Dewsbury-Hall after scoring against Djurgarden.
Everton have a long-standing interest in George on the back of the summer transfer window.
With Grealish set to miss the remainder of the window, attacking reinforcements could well be the priority for the Blues over these coming days.
Everton must avoid Tyler Dibling repeat with Tyrique George
The signing of Tyler Dibling sparked a lot of excitement over the summer as the Blues landed one of England’s hottest prospects.
In reality, it has proven to be a bit of a disaster so far, with Dibling really struggling at Everton under Moyes.
The possibility of signing George may appear to be very similar to Dibling on paper.
Everton must sign players they feel are genuinely going to have an impact on Merseyside and Dibling has not done that to date.
Given he would be replacing Grealish, George is a player who would need to make an impact from minute one.
