Leeds United remain at the table for Wolverhampton Wanderers striker Jorgen Strand Larsen, according to Sky Sports journalist Zinny Boswell.
The Elland Road side are not giving up on landing the 25-year-old ahead of Monday’s transfer deadline, with Strand Larsen’s move to Crystal Palace hanging in the balance.
Palace were close to agreeing a £50m deal with Wolves earlier this week, having earmarked Strand Larsen as a replacement for unsettled Jean-Philippe Mateta.
Leeds saw their £40m offer for the Norway international rejected earlier in the window and have not returned with a fresh proposal since.

According to Boswell, Leeds are reluctant to go above the £40m mark for Strand Larsen, but remain at the table for the forward ahead of the transfer deadline.
Strand Larsen joined Wolves from La Liga side Celta Vigo in 2024 and has registered 15 goals and five assists in 56 Premier League appearances to date.
The 25-year-old forward has just one Premier League goal in 21 appearances this term, in a disappointing campaign for relegation-bound Wolves, who have collected just eight points from 23 games.
Leeds have welcomed Facundo Buonanotte on loan from Brighton this window and saw Jack Harrison leave on loan to Serie A side Fiorentina.
The Whites appear to have alternatives to Strand Larsen on their striker shortlist, with Genk forward Oh Hyeon-gyu also on the radar.

Leeds have made checks on Oh’s availability ahead of the market closure, amid the South Korea international’s promising season in Belgium.
Oh has netted 10 times in 31 appearances for Genk, including scoring three times in the Europa League.
Oh is also on the list of fellow Premier League side Fulham, who are viewing the 24-year-old as an alternative to PSV Eindhoven striker Ricardo Pepi.
Leeds welcomed strikers Dominic Calvert-Lewin and Lukas Nmecha before the season, with the duo netting a combined 14 times across the first 23 league games.
