Early team news as Leeds United face Arsenal at Elland Road.

Leeds United face a monster next test in their quest for Premier League survival today with the visit of Premier League title favourites Arsenal to Elland Road.

Here, upon landing at LS11, we will bring you all of the pre-match build-up followed by starting line-ups as they land before in-game updates and then post-match analysis and reaction.

Leeds team news

Left back Gabi Gudmundsson had also still not resumed training as of Thursday having suffered an adductor strain but boss Daniel Farke said there was still a “little chance” of the Swede returning in time to face the Gunners. Nevertheless, he remains a big doubt.

Winger Dan James has now returned to training having recovered from the hamstring tendon injury suffered in the 3-2 defeat at Manchester City at the end of November.

Farke has said James consequently now has a chance to be selected but with the caveat of some mindful decisions being needed after such a long time out.

Predicted Leeds line up: Darlow; Bogle, Rodon, Bornauw, Struijk, Justin; Ampadu, Gruev, Stach; Aaronson, Calvert-Lewin.
