AC Milan are preparing a final push in the January transfer window and Chelsea’s Axel Disasi is firmly in their sights. And that could be bad news for West Ham United.
That’s according to Calciomercato. The website reports that Milan are preparing a final push before deadline day. Sporting director Igli Tare is spending the final days focusing on Disasi at Chelsea.
According to their information, his departure from Stamford Bridge has been held up by the Blues pending the final approval.
That’s given Milan the chance to move in and secure a defensive reinforcement that would be welcomed by manager Max Allegri.
The defender had looked set for West Ham. They were closing in on a deal, with reports in Italy stating that Disasi wanted to remain in England and London specifically. That saw Fiorentina back down and look elsewhere.
However, the latest reports in England are that West Ham have been put on hold. Disasi’s agents have reportedly informed him of the possibility of AC Milan coming in. He reportedly wants to see how that develops.
Now Calciomercato report that Tare, and Milan, are preparing a final push. They have Disasi firmly in their sights for the final days of the January transfer window.
