Everton are making tracks in the transfer window, according to Fabrizio Romano - with the Toffees having submitted a loan deal with an option to buy for Chelsea youngster Tyrique George.
The report by the Italian journalist states that the Toffees have now sent their official loan offer to the Stamford Bridge outfit, though instead of being a straight loan, there is an option to buy for the Cobham graduate.
The Toffees are now leading the race to sign George, after perceived interest from Fulham and other Premier League clubs, but talks are underway with David Moyes' men over a short-term move.
