David Ornstein has just dropped a definitive update on Beto's future at Everton

Beto has been linked with a move away from Everton since last summer.

Everton manager David Moyes has made Thierno Barry his first-choice number nine this season, which has led to speculation around Beto’s future.

It was reported that the Toffees were open to offers for Beto this winter, with interest from Fenerbahce and Juventus.

Beto only took 10 minutes to do what Barry couldn’t in almost 90 minutes! 🤩

There is no way Everton can now sell Beto… is there? 🫣

Now, after the striker’s last-minute equaliser against Brighton yesterday, David Ornstein has just dropped a definitive update on his future.

David Ornstein says Everton aren’t open to Beto exit this month

Beto is a really well-liked member of the Everton squad, with James Tarkowski explaining that he’s one of the hardest-working players at Finch Farm after the Brighton game.

Moyes was also very complimentary of Beto yesterday, so all the indications put towards him staying despite interest from abroad.

Ornstein has now confirmed that notion on X, as he has just dropped a major update on the Toffees centre-forward.
