Everton defender Reece Welch could leave on loan

Reece Welch has been an ever-present in the under-21s set-up in recent years and has been rewarded with three appearances for the senior team.

Moyes has named Welch on the bench in eight Premier League games this season, but now it looks as though he could be set for a last-minute exit.

Reece Welch likely to have already played his last game for Everton

Welch is actually out of contract in the summer, meaning if he does leave on a loan deal, he will have already played his last game for Everton.

It would appear the 22-year-old is unlikely to sign a new deal with the Toffees, so he will be available on a free transfer at the end of the season.
