Rotherham United have reportedly agreed a deal to sign Gabriele Biancheri on loan from Manchester United.
The 19-year-old is an explosive forward who has made impressive strides in Manchester United’s academy.
However, first-team opportunities are hard to come by at Old Trafford and for months there has been talk of a loan switch for Biancheri.

Rotherham United ‘agree deal’ to sign Premier League prospect
However, it appears the highly-rated attacker is set to seal a temporary switch to Rotherham.
According to Football Insider’s Pete O’Rourke, the Millers have reached an agreement with Manchester United to take Biancheri on loan.
The Red Devils are said to have knocked back a permanent offer from La Liga outfit Real Betis, underlining the forward’s potential.
Posting on X, O’Rourke said: “Understand Manchester United have agreed a deal to loan striker Gabriele Biancheri to Rotherham after turning down permanent offer from Real Betis.”
Rotherham United’s use of the loan market
Rotherham have made effective use of the loan market this season and have already done business with Manchester United.
The relegation-threatened League One club borrowed midfielder Dan Gore from the Red Devils for a second time in the summer and he has flourished at the New York Stadium.

The 17-year-old has made an immediate impact, registering goals against Northampton Town and Exeter City, and it will be hoped Biancheri can hit the ground running too if he puts pen to paper.
Jamal Baptiste, meanwhile, is on loan from Sheffield United and has impressed in the heart of Matt Hamshaw’s defence. It has not, however, been a clean sweep of successful loan signings.
Tom Holmes, Kion Etete and Martin Sherif have all returned to their parent clubs early.
