The Toffees approached Fulham earlier on Monday in one last attempt to sign Harry Wilson before he becomes a free agent this summer – with David Moyes keen to find a new source of creativity after losing Jack Grealish for the season.
However, Fulham intend to keep the Welshman until the end of the season, even if that means sacrificing a transfer fee for the 28-year-old.
Now – according to Sky Sports – a similar stance has been taken by Inter Milan over another target for The Friedkin Group in Luis Henrique.

Inter Milan now intend to keep Luis Henrique despite Everton talks
Italian journalist Fabrizio Biasin claimed last week that Everton had opened talks with Inter Milan regarding the Brazilian, who Bournemouth and Aston Villa also admire.
A deal looked possible as Inter Milan targeted Moussa Diaby as his replacement, but Sky Sports now state that the Italian giants have decided to shelve plans to sell Henrique and will keep him until the summer.
It is a blow for Moyes, as the South American is capable of providing cover on either attacking flank, and can also operate as a right wing-back.
Everton recently used a 3-5-2 formation including wing-backs during the 1-1 draw against Leeds, so Henrique would have allowed the Toffees to explore more tactical variations had a deal materialised.
David Moyes has at least sealed one versatile addition
While Wilson and Henrique look set to escape the clutches of Everton on deadline day, a deal for Tyrique George is nearing completion at least.
Everton are taking the England U21 international on loan from Chelsea with an option to make the move permanent this summer, and the 19-year-old is capable of playing anywhere across the frontline.
George has experience of playing as a striker and a winger on either flank for Chelsea, and has even played as an attacking midfielder in a No.10 role.

If the teenager hits the ground running on Merseyside, this could prove to be an exceptional bit of business – especially with a purchase option in place too.
