Benjamin Sesko is a ruthless finisher at Man United
The winner against Fulham was Sesko’s sixth goal of the season for United, meaning he is now joint second in United’s 2025/26 top scorers.
In just over 1,000 minutes of Premier League football, Sesko has five goals, matching the tally of club captain Bruno Fernandes.

But the statistics prove that Sesko is actually more ruthless in front of goal than his captain.
As per Premier League statistics, Sesko has scored five goals from 5.53 expected goals. To compare, Fernandes has scored five goals from 7.43 expected goals (xG).
Benjamin Sesko is only going to get better
Sesko has already beaten Rasmus Hojlund’s goal tally from last season, although the Danish striker didn’t exactly set the bar high.
But Sesko is starting to build up a strong run of form, with three of his goals coming in his last 115 minutes of football.
The 22-year-old looks much more settled in the side, and he is surrounded by attacking quality.
