Crystal Palace have reached an agreement to sign Everton winger Dwight McNeil for a fee in the region of £20m, according to David Ornstein.
McNeil has endured a difficult season with the Toffees, struggling to break into David Moyes' side, especially after the arrival of Jack Grealish in the summer transfer window. The former Burnley man has been in and out of the side, only getting a run in the team when injuries have occurred.
McNeil has flourished with the Toffees at times since joining the club, but he was more of a threat under Sean Dyche, and has struggled under Moyes. A departure made sense for all parties, with Everton working to bring in another winger.

According to Ornstein, Crystal Palace have agreed a deal in the region of £20m to sign Everton winger McNeil, who is undergoing a medical.
A deal sheet has been submitted for McNeil, and it's now a race against time for the Eagles to complete a move. As we edge closer to the deadline, it's unclear whether Crystal Palace can secure McNeil's signature, but Everton are also pushing to get a deal over the line as his replacement.
Chelsea youngster Tyrique George has travelled to Merseyside to complete a move to Everton, but they are yet to officially announce that a deal has been finalised, meaning a deal sheet has likely been put in, with the deadline passing.
